April 23

Greetings! Will it ever get warm? Chilly Vermonters want to know! This weekend they say it'll reach 60... maybe 70? Good grief are we ready.... ! The road was grated yet again this morning, but that should be the last of it. Tomorrow a friend and I will treat ourselves to pedicures, and maybe we'll get some knitting in too. But the day will start with yoga, and Saturday I'll be at a yoga workshop, can't wait.
I finished up the cotton shawl and love it. I usually don't enjoy working with cotton but this certainly is an exception. This is my own pattern, email if you'd like to know what I did...I picked up some pretty lilac cotton to knit a baby February sweater for a friend's little girl, that'll be a sweet knit!
I made a couple of Lil Yarn Sacks for tonight, but it put me a bit behind, so I'd better run, still lots to type! Oh.... so many you loved (and just missed out on) that little Hybrid last week! So, look for another tonight...
This week I'll continue with my little green dress, as well as a top down cabled raglan pullover...
A lovely time of year as mother earth awakens, and gets to work.... so good women, let's knit on!
